Nursing Pre-admission Signup

Please pay the non-refundable testing fee of $30 for Georgia Southern Students and $50 for non-Georgia Southern students at Deal Hall before completing this form. Please use this form to submit your testing date.

YOU MUST submit this form at least 16 days prior to the testing date.

All tests are given at the School of Nursing in room 1003. Students are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to testing. Please bring your photo ID and a pencil. Students arriving late will not be able to take the test. PLEASE be on time.
